Welcome to Piano Enhancer. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Piano Enhancer app and website (the “Service”), provided by Jiemo Studio (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the Service
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You're responsible for the activity on your device and for keeping your recordings backed up.
2. Your content
You own the recordings, performances and other content you create (“Your Content”). We don't claim ownership of it. You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you — for example, to generate an enhanced version of a take you choose to enhance. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any music you record and share.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or upload content you don't have the right to use. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations.
4. Enhancement & availability
Enhancement and export features may rely on cloud processing and require a network connection. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your raw recording is preserved on your device even if a polish fails.
5. Purchases & subscriptions
Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Their terms and refund policies apply to those transactions. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your store account settings.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and the Piano Enhancer name and logo, is owned by Jiemo Studio and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that enhancement results will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiemo Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or recordings. Keep your own backups of anything important.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, where reasonably necessary.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
